Another bitcoin-exchange received a license to work in Japan

The Financial Services Agency of Japan (FSA) has approved one more application for the opening of the crypto exchange. Bitocean Corporation became the sixteenth company that received permission from the financial regulator. This is reported by Bitcoin.com .

"We are working to create a new bitcoin exchange in Tokyo and participate in the liquidation / rehabilitation of MtGox," the company said.

Bitocean Corporation was founded in 2013 in China and Japan. In addition to the trading platform, the company also develops a two-way bitcoin-ATM. It should be noted that the Bitocean exchange intends to trade only bitcoin.

The largest Japanese crypto-exchange exchanges also started opening branches abroad to increase trading volume and increase liquidity in conditions of intense competition. For example, the Bitflyer Exchange has been operating in the US since November and intends to open a European office in the near future.
